摘 要:试验旨在研究不同磷水平饲粮对空怀期云南半细毛羊能量代谢和血清繁殖激素的影响。选择体况良好、体重相近、38月龄的经产两胎空怀期云南半细毛羊50只,随机分为5组,每组10只。各组试验羊分别饲喂磷水平为0.19%、0.32%、0.45%、0.56%和0.64%的试验饲粮。预试期14 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示:0.19%和0.32%磷水平组消化能(DE)、代谢能(ME)显著高于0.45%、0.56%和0.64%磷水平组(P<0.05);0.19%和0.32%磷水平组总能代谢率(ME/GE)显著高于0.45%和0.56%磷水平组(P<0.05);0.32%磷水平组总能消化率(DE/GE)最高,显著高于0.45%、0.56%和0.64%磷水平组(P<0.05);0.19%磷水平组消化能代谢率(ME/DE)显著高于0.56%磷水平组(P<0.05)。0.19%、0.32%、0.45%、0.64%磷水平组血清促黄体激素(LH)含量均显著高于0.56%磷水平组(P<0.05)。试验表明,0.19%和0.32%磷水平组饲粮可提高空怀期云南半细毛羊的有效能摄入量和能量利用效率,维持繁殖激素正常分泌,有利于母羊恢复体况。The current study was conducted to study the effects of different dietary phosphorus(P) levels on energy metabolism and serum reproductive hormones of non-pregnant Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep. A total of fifty healthy non-pregnant Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep with average age(BW) were randomly divided into five groups with ten replicates per group and one ewe per replicate. The dietary P levels of each group were 0.19%, 0.32%, 0.45%, 0.56% and0.64%, respectively. The pretrial period was 14 d and a trial period was 30 d. The results showed that the digestible energy(DE) and metabolizable energy(ME) in 0.19% and 0.32% P level groups were significantly higher than other groups(P<0.05). The metabolic of gross energy(ME/GE) in 0.19% and 0.32% P level groups was significantly higher than 0.45%and 0.56% P level groups(P<0.05). The highest digestibility of gross energy(DE/GE) was observed in 0.32% P group than 0.45%, 0.56% and 0.64% P level groups(P<0.05). The metabolic of digestive energy(ME/DE) in 0.19% P level group was significantly higher than that in 0.56% P level group(P<0.05). The levels of serum luteinizing hormone(LH) in the 0.19%, 0.32%, 0.45%, and 0.64% phosphorus level groups were significantly higher than those in the 0.56%phosphorus level group(P<0.05). The experiment indicated that diets containing 0.19% and 0.32% P can enhance effective energy intake and energy utilization efficiency. Further, the 0.19% and 0.32% P level groups maintain normal secretion of reproductive hormones and restore ewes health before mating of non-pregnant Yunnan semi-fine wool sheep.
