党参复方添加剂对运动马血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究党参复方添加剂对健身骑乘用的运动马血清生化指标的影响。将60匹健康的运动马随机分为4组,分别在基础精料中添加0、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的中药添加剂,饲养60 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,添加1.0%党参复方添加剂,运动马血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和血清肌酸激酶(CK)含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清葡萄糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、尿素氮(BUN)、白蛋白(ALB)和球蛋白(GLOB)含量显著增加(P<0.05),白蛋白/球蛋白(A/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。添加1.5%党参复方添加剂,显著增加ALB和GLOB的含量(P<0.05),降低A/G值;ALT、AST活性显著增强(P<0.05)。研究表明,与其他组相比,添加1.0%党参复方添加剂对提高运动马的免疫力效果较好。The experiment was to study the effect of Codonopsis pilosula compound additive on the serum biochemical indexes of sports horses for fitness riding. 60 healthy sports horses were randomly divided into 4 groups, and 0, 0.5%,1.0%, 1.5% Chinese medicine additives were added to the basic concentrate, and they were raised for 60 d. The results showed that compared with the control group, adding 1.0% Codonopsis pilosula compound additive significantly reduced the content of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and serum creatine kinase(CK) in exercise horses(P<0.05), serum glucose(GLU) and total protein(TP), urea nitrogen(BUN), albumin(ALB) and globulin(GLOB) content increased significantly(P<0.05), and albumin/globulin(A/G) decreased significantly(P<0.05). The addition of 1.5% Codonopsis pilosula compound additive significantly increased the content of ALB and GLOB(P<0.05), and decreased the A/G value;the activities of ALT and AST were significantly enhanced(P<0.05). The study indicated that compared with other groups,adding 1.0% Codonopsis pilosula compound additive has a better effect on improving the immunity of sports horses.
