摘  要:根据红外热成像原理,提出了基于红外热成像的微波加热特性研究方法.以乙醇、食盐水、蒸馏水为实验材料,分别研究不同微波输出功率和不同液体对微波吸收功率和微波穿透深度特性的影响.实验结果表明,微波输出功率和液体的介质损耗值越大,液体的微波吸收功率越大,液体的微波穿透深度与液体的介电性质有关,与微波输出功率无关.所提出的方法得到的结论与理论计算一致,可用于对不同液体的微波吸收功率和微波穿透深度特性的对比,为微波加热特性和高效利用微波能提供了新的研究方法.According to the principle of infrared thermal imaging,a microwave heating characteristic research method based on infrared thermal imaging is proposed.The effects of different microwave output power and different liquid on microwave absorption power and microwave penetration depth were studied with ethanol,salt water and distilled water as experimental materials.The experimental results show that the microwave output power is related to the dielectric loss of the liquid,and the microwave absorption power of the liquid is greater.The conclusion of the proposed method is consistent with the theoretical calculation,which can be used for the comparison of microwave absorption power and microwave penetration depth characteristics of different liquids,providing a new research method for microwave heating characteristics and efficient utilization of microwave energy.
