九台撤市设区调整后的经济效应研究及SWOT法的发展路径探索

摘　　要：以吉林省长春市九台区为研究对象,结合相关研究及撤市设区后九台区的实际情况,从经济总量、产业结构、城市化水平三个方面入手,选取经济密度、人均GDP、产业结构及城市化率等指标对九台撤市设区后的经济效应进行了分析研究.在此基础上利用SWOT分析法分析总结了九台发展面临的现状.结果表明:撤市设区调整政策在初期对九台的经济总量及城市化水平具有明显的优化作用,同时九台的经济总量及产业结构呈现后续进一步优化的趋势;九台所拥有的区位优势、自然资源优势、交通优势等能使九台更高效地迎接外部机遇,但九台经济重组背景下产生的问题也会给九台带来经济、社会和生态方面的挑战.Taking Jiutai district,Changchun city,Jilin Province as the research object,combine with the related research and the actual situation of Jiutai from the city to district.And the proceed from the economic aggregate,industrial structure and the urbanization level,to select the index like economic density,per capita GDP,industrial structure and urbanization rate to analyse and research the economic effect of Jiutai from city to district,and then use the SWOT analysis to.The results show that,first,the policy of district adjustment can optimize the total economic aggregate and urbanization level of Jiutai,while the total economic aggregate and industrial structure of Jiutai show the trend of further optimization.Second,the location advantage,natural resource advantage and transportation advantage of Jiutai can make Jiutai meet the external opportunities more efficiently,but the problems arising under the background of Jiutai economic restructuring will also bring economic,social and ecological challenges to Jiutai.
