疫情期间综合性医疗机构口腔科门诊诊疗的感染防控

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情扩散期间,为避免人员流动和疫情扩散,全国口腔医疗机构停止了口腔专业常规诊疗疾病的就诊。现随着疫情状况的好转,综合性医疗机构口腔科这一具有特殊诊疗操作的科室即将开始对口腔常规疾病患者的诊疗工作,如何科学有序地做到防控、诊疗两不误,缓解广大人民群众亟待解决的口腔健康问题,是综合性医疗机构口腔科门诊应重视的问题。本文从预检分诊、患者管理、诊疗操作过程、口腔综合治疗台管理、医疗废物处置、诊室环境物体表面消毒等方面在做好标准预防的基础上增加额外预防措施提出建议,为综合性医疗机构口腔科特殊时期开诊时常规疾病诊治中的感染防控提供参考。During the outbreak of the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19),in order to avoid the movement of people and the spread of the epidemic,dental institutions throughout the country have stopped routine visits to diseases of the dental profession.With the improvement of the epidemic situation,dental clinics of general medical institutions,as a special diagnosis and treatment operation is about to start the diagnosis and treatment of patients with oral diseases.How to prevent and control the disease in a scientific and orderly manner as well as alleviate the oral health problems that the people need to solve urgently are the issues that should be taken seriously by dental clinics of comprehensive medical institutions.This article proposes additional preventive measures on the basis of standard prevention in terms of pre-checking and subdivision,patient management,diagnosis and treatment operation process,management of comprehensive dental treatment table,medical waste disposal,and disinfection of environmental objects on the surface of the consultation room,so as to provide references for the infection prevention and control in routine disease diagnosis and treatment at the time of opening of the department of stomatology during the epidemic of COVID-19.
