瑞格列奈联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析2型糖尿病患者采用瑞格列奈联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法50例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,各25例。对照组采用瑞格列奈治疗,实验组采用瑞格列奈联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗。对比两组治疗前后血糖指标、不良反应发生率、治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的糖空腹血糖(FPC)、化血红蛋白水平(HbA1c)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PC)水平均较治疗前下降,且实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为4.00%,低于对照组的24.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的治疗总有效率为96.00%(24/25),高于对照组的72.00%(18/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用瑞格列奈联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者,疗效确切,有效改善患者血糖指标水平,减少不良反应的发生率,用药安全性高且可靠,建议在临床中广泛推广。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of repaglinide combined with metformin hydrochloride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with repaglinide,and the experimental group was treated with repaglinide combined with metformin hydrochloride.The blood glucose index before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions,and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the fasting plasma glucose(FPC),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was 4.00%,which was lower than 24.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than 72.00%(18/25)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of repaglinide and metformin hydrochloride shows affirmative efficacy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and is highly safe and reliable.It is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
