七厘散外敷结合甘露醇治疗跟骨骨折术前肿胀的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察七厘散外敷结合甘露醇治疗跟骨骨折术前肿胀的疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的跟骨骨折手术患者60例纳入研究,按照随机数字表分为两组,每组30例。对照组应用甘露醇治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用七厘散外敷治疗。统计两组患者治疗后第12 h、第1天、第2天、第3天的VAS评分,治疗后12 h、第1天、第2天、第3天、第4天皮肤皱褶试验阳性人数,及治疗前后患足足踝周径差值。结果:治疗前两组患者的VAS评分差异不显著,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者治疗后的VAS评分明显低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后第12 h、第1天、第2天、第3天的VAS评分治疗组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后第1天、第2天、第3天、第4天出现皮肤皱褶试验阳性人数治疗组显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的踝周径差值和足周径差值治疗组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七厘散外敷结合甘露醇治疗骨骨折术前肿胀疗效显著。Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of Qili San combined with Mannitol in the treatment of preoperative swelling of calcaneal fracture.Methods:A total of 60 patients with operation of calcaneal fractures,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into the control group(n=30)and the treatment group(n=30).The control group was treated with Mannitol;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with external application of Qili San.The VAS scores of 12 h,1 d,2 d and 3 d after the treatment,the number of positive skin wrinkle tests at 12 h,1 d,2 d,and 4 d after treatment,and the difference in the circumference of the foot and ankle before and after treatment.circumference at 1 d,2 d,3 d and 4d after the treatment were calculated in the two groups.Results:In terms of the VAS scores,there was no statistical difference between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);the VAS scores were significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the VAS scores were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in the control group at 12 h,1 d,2 d and 3 d after the treatment(P<0.05).The positive number of skin wrinkle test was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group at 1 d,2 d,3 d and 4 d after the treatment(P<0.05).The ankle diameter difference and foot diameter difference were significantly higher in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of Qili San combined with Mannitol has a significant effect on the preoperative swelling of calcaneal fractures.
