摘　　要：中药性味理论是中医药体系的重要组成和中医药特色的突出体现,是传承中药临床功效和指导临床组方用药的基础与核心理论。随着科学技术方法的不断发展,对中药性味理论进行多因素、多层次、多学科交叉综合研究以阐明其科学内涵,是实现中医药现代化的必要条件。文章对中药性味理论的发生和发展进行分析与总结,梳理出中药性味理论的发展脉络。同时,结合本课题组提出的中药性味理论新假说,探讨中药性味理论的科学内涵。通过对中药性味理论研究评析与展望,分析并讨论中药性味理论的研究进展与发展趋势。Nature and flavour theory is an important part in the system of TCM and a prominent point in the characteristics of TCM.Simultaneously,it is a basic and essential theory that helps to inherit the medical efficacy and guide the clinical prescription.With the continuous development of science and technology,it is a necessary condition for the modernization of TCM to make clear the connotation of nature and flavour theory by a multi-factor,multi-level and interdisciplinary comprehensive study.This paper analyzed and summarized the occurrence and development of nature and flavour theory in order to clarify the context of development.At the same time,combined with the new hypothesis of nature and flavour theory proposed by the research group,the scientific connotation of nature and flavour theory was discussed.Through the above comprehensive integration,the research progress and development trend of TCM nature and flavour theory were analyzed and discussed.
