摘　　要：自噬是细胞的保守自我降解方式,是细胞对外界或内部刺激的一种复杂反应,对维持活细胞的动态平衡至关重要。自噬参与细胞的诸多生理病理过程,包括心血管和神经退行性疾病,特别是癌症,调节自噬是预防这类疾病的重要方向。大量实验证明,中药及其有效成分可以通过调节自噬相关信号通路或蛋白来诱导或抑制肿瘤细胞自噬,从而表现出显著的抗肿瘤作用。文章重点介绍了几种中药有效成分作为调节因子影响肿瘤细胞自噬及其作用机制,以期能为中药调控细胞自噬防治癌症提供参考。Autophagy, a conservative self-degradation mode and complex response of cells to external or internal stimuli, which plays an important role in maintaining the dynamic balance of living cells. Autophagy is involved in many physiological and pathological processes of cells, such as cardiovascular and neurodegenerative diseases, especially tumors. The regulation of autophagy is a new and crucial direction to prevent these diseases. A large number of experiments have proved that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and its effective ingredients can induce or inhibit autophagy of tumor cells by regulating autophagy-related signal pathways or proteins, thus showing significant anti-tumor effects. This paper focused on several effective components of TCM as regulatory factors to affect tumor cell autophagy and its mechanism, hoping to provide information for TCM to regulate cell autophagy in the prevention and treatment of cancer.
