基于“开阖枢”理论探析女性生殖节律及其临床价值

摘　　要：文章基于"开阖枢"气化时相理论阐述女性生殖周期规律特点,在临床实践基础上参考卵泡发育理论提出新的中医生殖分期,即月经期、经后期、氤氲期、备化期、经前期,阐述了备化期理论的依据与临床价值,并提出根据三阴三阳时相用药规律,强调治疗中注重调节少阴、少阳两个枢机的重要性。Based on the qi phase theory of ‘the pivot of open or close’, this paper expounded the characteristics of female reproductive cycle, and put forward a new reproductive stage based on clinical practice and follicular development theory, namely menstrual period, late menstrual period, Yinyun period, Beihua period and premenstrual stage. It also expounded the basis and clinical value of the Beihua period, and put forward the medication rule according to the three yin and three yang phases. The importance of regulating the pivot of Shaoyin and Shaoyang is emphasized.
