从三焦论治结节病

摘　　要：文章探讨了三焦郁滞为结节病发病关键。通过三焦膜性管道理论分析三焦为涵盖各类脏腑器官体腔的包膜及淋巴间质组织,具有运行水液元气、调畅气机气化、化生护卫精微等作用。探讨三焦郁滞、气机气化不利导致水液停滞、痰瘀结聚为结节病的重要病机。提出通、化、调三法以通利三焦郁滞、恢复三焦的气机气化功能、调燮诸脏精气联络周身三焦气血阴阳等治法,可有效运用于结节病的治疗之中。This paper discussed that the depression and stagnation of triple energizer is the key factors in pathological mechanism of sarcoidosis.We introduced the triple energizer membranous pipeline theory first.Triple energizer covers every membrane of different organs and body cavities and all the lymphatic tissues or interstitial tissues.The functions of triple energizer are running body fluid and primodial qi,regulating qi movement and qi transformation,transforming defensive essence.Second,this paper discussed that the depression and stagnation of triple energizer cause the disfunction of qi movement and qi transformation,leading to the stagnation of body fluid and assembling phlegm nodes composed of phlegm and blood stasis,these above are the vital pathological mechanism of sarcoidosis.It puts forward three ways to adjust and regain the functions of triple energizer in the treatment of sarcoidosis,including‘tong’which is eliminating the pathological products in the process of the depression and stagnation of triple energizer,‘hua’which is recovering the qi transformation functional within the triple energizer,and‘tiao’which is organizing the vital essence in zang organs,fu organs and qi,blood,yin and yang of triple energizer to connecting with the whole body.These theory and treatment are effective in clinical diagnosis and treatment of sarcoidosis.
