摘　　要：肺结核是由结核分枝杆菌引起的具有传染性的慢性消耗性疾病,目前西医主要通过化疗治疗肺结核,疗效肯定,但部分患者难以耐受其不良反应,导致疗程中断。国医大师洪广祥教授指出,西药在抗痨杀虫方面已经起到了关键的作用,中医治疗结核病的重点是补虚培本,增强患者体质,减轻甚至消除抗结核药的不良反应,以保证治疗的全程性。Pulmonary tuberculosis is an infectious,chronic and consumptive disease caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis.At present,western medicine mainly treats tuberculosis through chemotherapy,which contribute good curative effects,but it is difficult for some patients to tolerate the side effects,resulting in interruption of course.TCM master HONG Guang-xiang TCM pointed out that western medicine had played an important role in the fight against tuberculosis.The foci of traditional Chinese medicine on tuberculosis are restoring deficiency,cultivating yuan qi,enhancing physical quality of patients and reducing or even eliminating side effects of anti-tuberculosis drugs so as to ensure the whole course of treatment.
