孙桂芝运用露蜂房治疗恶性肿瘤经验

摘　　要：孙桂芝教授通过近50年的长期临床实践应用,证实露蜂房确有抗肿瘤作用,且清热解毒、软坚散结之功效较好,并有助阳解毒、通络散结、祛腐生肌、疗疮长肉之功,切合恶性肿瘤"癌毒属热,易于腐血败肉而溃烂、出血、流水"同时有"久不收口"特征的病机,故常用之于食管癌、胃癌、肠癌、乳腺癌、肺癌、卵巢癌等恶性肿瘤的辨病辨证治疗,取得了较好的临床效果。文章旨在总结孙桂芝教授运用露蜂房治疗各种恶性肿瘤的经验,以供学者们参考。Through nearly 50 years of long-term clinical practice,professor SUN Gui-zhi has proved that Nidus Vespae has anti-tumor effect,and it has good effects in clearing away the heat-evil and expelling superficial cvils and softening and resolving hard mass.It can also activating yang and expelling superficial cvils,dredge collaterals and disperse knots,remove putrefaction and promote muscle formation,and cure sores and flesh growth.It is suitable for the theory that cancer toxin belongs to heat,and it is easy to rot blood and rotten meat,which leads to ulceration,bleeding and flowing water.At the same time,there is a pathogenesis of‘long time not closing’.Therefore,it is often used in the treatment of esophageal cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,breast cancer,lung cancer,ovarian cancer and other malignant tumors.The purpose of this paper is to introduce professor SUN Gui-zhi’s experience in clinical application of Nidus Vespae in various malignant tumors for reference.
