摘　　要：复发性流产临床发病率逐年上升,其病因复杂,已成为中西医研究的热点。章勤教授治疗本病衷中参西,病证结合,以补肾健脾、养血活血为大法,抓住孕前期、孕早期、孕中晚期3个环节,讲究孕前先培其损,孕早期补肾凉血活血安胎,中晚期活血清湿化瘀安胎,在临床上取得良效。The clinical incidence of recurrent spontaneous aortion is increasing year by year,and its etiology is complicated,which has been a hotspot in the research of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.By intergrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and combining disease and syndrome,professor ZHANG Qin’s treatment of the disease is based on invigorating the kidney and spleen and nourishing blood and promoting blood circulation.Meanwhile,she focuses the three stages of pregnancy preparation,early pregnancy and middle and late pregnancy.During the pregnancy preparation,pre-cultivate the loss,and regulate menstruation and seed combining with menstrual cycle.During the early pregnancy,tonify kidney,cool blood,promote blood circulation and calm the fetus.And during the middle and late pregnancy,promote blood circulation,clear dampness,remove blood stasis and calm the fetus.It has a good clinical effect.
