摘　　要：文章从血瘀证的理论源流出发,梳理了历代医家对血瘀的概念、病因病机、辨证论治及理法方药的发展应用,阐明了活血化瘀法止血的机理,并列举了樊教授活血化瘀法治疗出血性疾病的临床经验,以期拓宽活血化瘀法在临床出血性疾病中的应用。From the theoretical origin of blood stasis,this article combs the development and application of past dynasties doctor to blood stasis’s concept,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and the principle-method-recipemedicines,expounds the mechanism by activating blood and resolving stasis method to stop bleeding,and illustrates the professor FAN’s clinical experience in the treatment of hemorrhagic disease by activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis,in order to broaden the application of blood circulation by removing blood stasis method in clinical hemorrhagic disease.
