摘　　要：子宫肌瘤是妇科领域常见的良性肿瘤,随着社会生活节奏加快,加之女性特殊的生理特点,其发病率呈上升趋势,在中医学中属"癥瘕"的范畴。笔者从癥瘕源流入手,结合肝脏的生理病理特点,从肝主疏泄、肝主藏血、肝与免疫调节3个角度分析肝与子宫肌瘤发病的相关性,并对子宫肌瘤的病因病机及中医治疗进行浅析,以期能为现代治疗子宫肌瘤提供新思路、新方法。Uterine fibroids are common benign tumors in the field of gynecology.With the accelerated pace of social life and the special physiological characteristics of women,their incidence rate is on the rise,and it belongs to the category of‘zheng jia’in the motherland medicine.From the source of the disease,combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of the liver,the correlation between the liver and uterine fibroids was analyzed from the three perspectives of liver evacuation,liver blood storage,liver and immune regulation.The cause of uterine fibroids,analysis of pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine treatment is expected to provide new ideas and methods for modern treatment of uterine fibroids.
