中医外治法治疗消化道肿瘤术后胃瘫综合征研究进展

摘　　要：术后胃瘫综合征是消化道肿瘤术后常见并发症之一,严重影响患者生活质量,其发病率逐年上升,目前治疗以西医为主,缺乏特异性方法,疗效欠佳,如何有效的防治术后胃瘫综合征成为临床工作者亟待解决的问题,笔者通过阅读近20年国内外术后胃瘫综合征相关文献,发现中医药在防治此病方面疗效肯定,具有独特作用,特别是中医外治法。笔者通过归纳整理不同外治法在治疗术后胃瘫临床方面的应用,表明中医外治法在防治术后胃瘫方面的疗效确切,操作简单且安全,为临床工作者提供参考方案。Postoperative gastroparesis syndrome(PGS)is one of the common complications after gastrointestinal cancer surgery,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The incidence rate of PGS is increasing year by year.At present,the treatment is mainly based on western medicine,lacking specific methods,and the efficacy is not good.How to effectively prevent and treat PGS has become an urgent problem for clinicians.By reading the relevant literature on PGS at home and abroad in recent 20 years,the author found that Chinese medicine has a certain effect in the prevention and treatment of this disease,and has a unique effect,especially the external treatment of TCM.This article summarized the clinical application of different external treatments in the treatment of PGS.It shows that the external treatment of TCM has exact curative effect in preventing and treating PGS,and the treatment method is simple and safe,which provides a reference plan for clinicians.
