摘　　要：在国内外的相关实验研究及临床观察中皆表明,中药直肠给药治疗方式起效快、不良反应少,疗效确切。结合小儿生理病理特点,该方式无创、简便且安全有效的优势尤为突出,易被患儿及其家长接受,是口服和静脉注射的替代方式,更是儿科优选的治疗手段。因此,小儿中药直肠给药在临床应用广泛,文章综述了目前小儿中药直肠给药吸收利用机制、吸收利用度影响因素、给药剂型与操作方法、给药优缺点与注意事项以及应用现状,以期为临床提供参考。In related experimental and clinical studies at home and abroad,it has been shown that the rectal administration of traditional Chinese medicine has quick effect,few side effects and definite curative effect.Combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,the advantages of this method are non-invasive,simple,safe and effective.It is easy to be accepted by children and their parents.It is an alternative way of oral and intravenous injection,and it is also the preferred treatment in pediatrics.Therefore,rectal administration of traditional Chinese medicine for children has a wide range of clinical applications.This article reviewed the absorption and utilization mechanism,influencing factors of absorption and utilization,dosage forms and operation methods,advantages and disadvantages,precautions and clinical application of rectal administration of traditional Chinese medicine in children,so as to providing references for clinical practice.
