大毒中药外用方法现状及特点分析

摘　　要：目的:总结大毒中药临床外用方法现状及特点,为外用技术的规范化提供理论支撑,提高临床疗效,减少毒性反应发生。方法:筛选大毒中药临床外用研究文献,归纳赋形剂、疾病分布、用药剂量、频率、用药时间、疗程,总结适应证、禁忌证、注意事项、不良反应及应对措施。结果:各大毒中药均以糊剂应用广泛,在骨科疼痛性疾病、癌性疼痛等的治疗中发挥着独特疗效。不同剂型用药剂量有较大的差别,如川乌、草乌外洗一般在7~15g,热敷在1~5g,穴位给药时每穴0.3g以下;斑蝥外敷3g等。结论:通过大量数据分析,阐明大毒中药在临床应用中的技术特点,为大毒中药的临床应用提供参考,提高临床疗效,减少不良反应的发生。Objective:To provide theoretical support for the standardization of external technology,improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of toxic reactions through summarizing the current situation and characteristics of clinical external use methods of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with high toxicity.Methods:To screen the literature of clinical external use of TCM with high toxicity,summarize excipients,disease distribution,dosage,frequency,time and course of treatment,and summarize indications,contraindications,precautions,adverse reactions and countermeasures.Results:Paste is widely used in all toxic TCM.It plays a unique role in the treatment of orthopedic pain diseases and cancer pain.There are great differences in the dosage of different dosage forms,for example,the external washing of Aconiti Radix and Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix is generally 7~15 g,the hot application is about 1~5 g,the acupoint is less than 0.3 g,and the external application of Mylabris is about 3 g.Conclusion:Through a large number of data analysis,to clarify the technical characteristics of TCM in clinical application,to provide reference for the clinical application of TCM,improve clinical efficacy,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
