艾滋病中医病位证素分布规律及其与年龄的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾滋病患者中医病位证素分布规律及其与年龄的相关性。方法:选择艾滋病感染临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者631例,采用证素辨证的方法,提取病位证素,进行统计分析,探讨艾滋病患者中医证素分布规律,感染临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期以及随着病程延长和年龄增长病位证素的演变规律。结果:艾滋病患者的病位证素主要集中在脾、胃、肝、胆及表等病位,不同年龄层艾滋病感染者半表半里病位存在差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示无症状期艾滋病患者病位证素存在差异,该差异与患者机体正气强弱相关,且HIV疫毒之邪最先侵袭患者肌表,随后向内传遍。Objective:To study the distribution regularity of TCM location syndrome elements in AIDS patients and its correlation with age.Methods:A total of 631 AIDS(stage I,II)patients were selected to extract disease location syndrome elements by syndrome differentiation and integral method.Statistical analysis was carried out to explore the distribution law of TCM syndrome elements in AIDS patients and the evolution law of disease location syndrome elements with the prolongation of the course of disease and the increase of age.Results:The disease location syndrome elements of AIDS patients mainly concentrated in spleen,stomach,liver,gallbladder and superficial disease location.There were differences in the half-superficies and half-interior disease location of AIDS patients of different age groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study suggests that there are differences in location syndrome elements in asymptomatic AIDS patients,which are related to the strength of vital qi of the patients,and the pathogen of HIV virus first invades the muscular surface of the patients,and then spreads inward.
