摘 要:目的:探究6个产地中药石膏在恒定速率升温过程中热分解过程。方法:用热重法模拟石膏的热分解过程,采用高斯分峰拟合得到各个热分解反应阶段的DTG曲线。运用Coats-Redfern法计算6个产地石膏的热力学参数。结果:6个产地石膏的DTG曲线可分峰拟合为两个彼此交叉的高斯拟合峰,当升温速率为10℃/min,第一失水过程的温度区间为80~220℃,活化能E_(1)范围为78.98~96.48kJ/mol;第二失水过程的温度区间为145~190℃,活化能E_(2)范围为312.05~457.95kJ/mol。6个产地石膏中E_(1)大小顺序为山西>安徽>湖北>河南>山东>河北,E_(2)大小顺序为山西>安徽>河南>湖北>河北>山东。结论:使用Coats-Redfern和高斯分峰拟合法可以得到6个产地石膏两个热解阶段的活化能和失重导数曲线,揭示中药石膏复杂的热解过程,为石膏的煅制提供可参考的工艺参数。Objective:To explore the thermal decomposition process of the traditional Chinese medicine gypsum in the 6 production areas at a constant heating rate.Methods:Thermogravimetric method was used to simulate the thermal decomposition process of gypsum,and the DTG curves of each thermal decomposition reaction stage were obtained by Gaussian peak fitting.The Coats-Redfern method was used to calculate the thermodynamic parameters of gypsum from 6 different regions.Results:The DTG curves of gypsum in 6 areas could be fitted into two Gaussian fitted peaks that cross each other.When the heating rate was 10℃/min,the temperature range of the first dehydration process was 80~220℃,E_(1) was 78.98~96.48 kJ/mol;the temperature range of the second dehydration process was 145~190℃,and the range of the activation energy E_(2) was 312.05~457.95 kJ/mol.The order of E_(1) in the gypsum from 6 areas was Shanxi>Anhui>Hubei>Henan>Shandong>Hebei,and the order of E_(2) was Shanxi>Anhui>Henan>Hubei>Hebei>Shandong.Conclusion:Using the Coats-Redfern and Gaussian fitting methods,the activation energy and weightless derivative curves of gypsum in 6 areas can be obtained.The complex pyrolysis process of traditional Chinese medicine gypsum is revealed,which can provide process parameters for obtaining calcined gypsum with different phase structures.
