摘　　要：目的:通过数据挖掘技术探析针刺督脉腧穴治疗急性缺血性中风的取穴特点以及配伍规律。方法:系统收集2009年8月至2019年8月所有针刺督脉腧穴治疗急性缺血性中风的临床研究文献,建立规范化数据库,利用SPSS Statistics 23软件对数据库中的腧穴处方进行数据挖掘分析。结果:研究最终纳入107篇合格文献,总涉及120个腧穴。频数分析得百会、人中使用频次较高,关联和聚类分析得百会常与神庭、人中、大椎、风府等配伍使用,督脉常与阳明经和足太阴脾经配伍。结论:临床上针刺督脉治疗急性缺血性中风常取百会、人中,腧穴配伍常用神庭-百会、大椎-人中-百会、风府-百会,督脉取穴时常配伍阳明经和足太阴脾经同用。Objective:to explore the characteristics of acupoint selection and the law of compatibility in treating acute ischemic stroke with governor channel acupuncture by data mining technique.Methods:All clinical research literatures on acupuncture governor channel acupoints for treating acute ischemic stroke from August 2009 to August 2019 were systematically collected.It established a standardized database,and use SPSS Statistics 23 to analyze.Results:Finally 107 papers were included,including 120 acupoints.The frequency analysis showed that the frequency of Baihui(DU 20),Renzhong(DU 26)is relatively high,the correlation and clustering analysis found Baihui(DU 20)was often used with Shenting(DU 24),Renzhong(DU 26),Dazhui(DU 14)and Fengfu(DU 16),and du mai was often used with the yangming meridian and the foot taiyin spleen meridian.Conclusion:In clinic,acupuncture of du mai in treating acute ischemic stroke often selects Baihui(DU 20)and Renzhong(DU 26).Shenting(DU 24)-Baihui(DU 20),Dazhui(DU 14)-Renzhong(DU 26)-Baihui(DU 20),Fengfu(DU 16)-Baihui(DU 20)are often used cooperatively.And governor channel acupoints was often combined with the yangming and the foot taiyin spleen meridian.
