基于金汁(粪菌移植)的历史及性味考探讨其应用前景

摘　　要：粪菌移植因其对难辨梭状芽孢杆菌感染、炎症性肠病等多种现代医学疾病的重要治疗价值,近30年来得到迅速发展。近年来不断有报道粪菌移植在肥胖、胰腺炎、糖尿病、肿瘤等领域的应用,但都是基于现代医学临床的偶然发现,并无非常清晰的理论指引。粪便治病起始作为一种中医的治疗手段,有明确的中医理论指导,在中医的辨证论治指导下,疗效显著。文章就古代及现代金汁的性味考、医学史、各自适应症等内容进行讨论,并探讨未来中西医两个领域的治疗展望。Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)has been rapidly developed in the past 30 years because of its important therapeutic value for many modern medical diseases such as Clostridium difficile infection and inflammatory bowel disease.In recent years,there have been reports of the application of fecal bacteria transplantation in obesity,pancreatitis,diabetes,tumors and other fields,but they are all based on the accidental discovery of modern medical clinics and there is no very clear theoretical guidance.As a treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,the initial treatment of feces has a clear theoretical guidance of traditional Chinese medicine.Under the guidance of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,the curative effect is remarkable.This article discusses the study of nature and flavor about ancient and modern gold juice,medical history,and various adaptive diseases,and discusses the future treatment prospects in both Chinese and Western medicine fields.
