益肾通络方治疗肾虚络阻型特发性死精子不育症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾通络方治疗肾虚络阻型特发性死精子不育症的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的80例患者随机为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组采用益肾通络方治疗,对照组采用左卡尼汀治疗。治疗12周后比较两组临床疗效、精子存活率、前向运动精子率、精子总活力、精子DNA碎片指数、配偶妊娠情况。结果:治疗组总有效率72.97%(27/37),显著高于对照组的47.22%(17/36)(P<0.05),治疗组在改善精子存活率、前向运动精子率、精子总活力、精子DNA碎片指数方面疗效显著(P<0.05),且优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾通络方可明显改善患者精子存活率、前向运动精子比率、精子总活力、精子DNA碎片指数等,且具有较好的安全性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yishen Tongluo Prescription on idiopathic necrospermia with kidney deficiency and collateral obstruction.Methods:A total of 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,40 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated with Yishen Tongluo Prescription,and the control group was treated with Levocarnitine.After 12 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy,sperm survival rate,forward motile sperm ratio,total sperm motility,sperm DNA fragment index and mate pregnancy status of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(72.97%,27/37)was significantly higher than that of the control group(47.22%,17/36)(P<0.05).The treatment group showed significant efficacy in improving sperm survival rate,forward motile sperm ratio,total sperm motility,and sperm DNA fragment index(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Tongluo Prescription can significantly improve the survival rate of sperm,the ratio of forwardmoving sperm,the total motility of sperm and the DNA fragment index of sperm,and has a good safety.
