走罐疗法治疗血瘀证斑块状银屑病皮损表皮增生的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察走罐疗法对血瘀证斑块状银屑病皮损表皮厚度的影响。方法:收集2019年1月至2020年3月就诊于新疆医科大学附属中医医院皮肤科门诊及住院的80例血瘀证斑块状银屑病患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组40例。治疗组采用走罐疗法,对照组采用NB-UVB治疗,共治疗4周。观察两组患者治疗前后银屑病PASI评分变化,并利用反射式共聚焦显微镜(RCM)分别检测两组患者皮损表皮厚度的变化。结果:两组治疗后PASI评分、皮损表皮厚度均显著优于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗组PASI差值、皮损表皮厚度差值显著优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为85.0%(34/40),显著优于对照组总有效率50.0%(20/40)(P<0.01)。结论:走罐疗法对血瘀证斑块状银屑病表皮增生的改善优于NB-UVB的治疗。Objective:To observe the effects of cup moving on the epidermal thickness of plaque psoriasis lesions.Methods:Eighty patients with plaque psoriasis in blood stasis syndrome who attended the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Department of Dermatology of the Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to March 2020 were collected as study subjects,who were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 40 cases in each group,with the treatment group using cup moving therapy and the control group using NB-UVB for 4 weeks.The change of PASI scores before and after treatment in the two groups were observed and analyzed,and the change of epidermal thickness of skin lesions in two groups were examined by reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM).Results:The PASI scores and the epidermal thickness of skin lesions after treatment were significantly better than that before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).The difference in PASI and epidermal thickness of skin lesions in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).The total effective rate was 85.0%(34/40)in the treatment group,which was significantly better than 50.0%(20/40)in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cup moving therapy improves epidermal hyperplasia of plaque psoriasis in blood stasis syndrome better than NB-UVB.
