国医大师朱南孙调经促孕方治疗Ⅱ型排卵障碍性不孕(肾虚型)疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察朱氏调经促孕方对Ⅱ型排卵障碍性不孕(肾虚型)的临床疗效。方法:62例Ⅱ型排卵障碍性不孕(肾虚型)患者随机分为治疗组(31例,朱氏调经促孕方)和对照组(31例,枸橼酸氯米芬片),治疗6个月经周期,观察治疗前后排卵情况、临床症状疗效以及子宫内膜容受性的改变。结果:(1)治疗组优势卵泡排出率与对照组相当,多卵泡、卵泡黄素化概率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组可改善月经症状评分、中医证候评分(P<0.05)。(3)治疗组可增加子宫内膜厚度、降低子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流RI值、增加内膜三线型阳性率(P<0.05)。结论:朱氏调经促孕方可有效治疗Ⅱ型排卵障碍性不孕(肾虚型),同时可减少卵泡黄素化、优势卵泡数量过多的发生,改善临床症状及子宫内膜容受性。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Zhushi Tiaojing Cuyun Prescription on type II ovulatory dysfunctional infertility patients with kidney deficiency.Methods:Sixty-two patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(31 cases,treated with Zhushi Tiaojing Cuyun Prescription)and the control group(31 cases,treated with clomiphene citrate tablets).The course of treatment lasted for six menstrual cycles,the ovulation,clinical symptoms and endometrial receptivity changes before and after treatment were observed.Results:(1)The superior follicle discharge rate of the treatment group was comparable to that of the control group,and the probability of multiple follicle and follicular luteinization was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(2)Treatment group can improve the menstrual symptom score and TCM syndrome score(P<0.05).(3)Treatment group can increase endometrial thickness,reduce RI value of endometrial spiral artery blood flow and increase the positive rate of endometrial three-line type(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhushi Tiaojing Cuyun Prescription can effectively treat type II ovulatory dysfunctional infertility with kidney deficiency,reduce the occurrence of follicular luteinization and excessive number of dominant follicles,improve clinical symptoms and endometrial receptivity.
