摘　　要：目的:通过文献检索,研究最小随机化在国内针灸领域临床研究中的应用现状。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SionMed)和PubMed数据库,整理、归纳2009年1月至2018年12月间有国内针灸领域应用最小随机化的临床研究,统计并分析总样本量,组间基线水平等信息。结果:共纳入文献14篇。最小随机化在针灸相关小样本量或影响预后因素较的临床研究中保证了组间基线的水平。结论:最小随机化与针灸学相关研究方向结合可发挥其独特优势,但由于该随机方法自身具有的局限性,在临床研究应用中应当紧密结合实际,妥善应用。Objective:Through literature search,the application of minimal randomization in clinical research of acupuncture in China was studied.Methods:Search the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data Platform,VIP,SionMed and PubMed,sort out and sum up the clinical research with the smallest randomized application in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion in China from January 2009 to December 2018,and make statistics and analysis of the total sample size,baseline level between groups and other information.Results:Fourteen articles were included.Minimal randomization guarantees the level of inter group baseline in the clinical study of acupuncture related small sample size or factors affecting prognosis.Conclusion:The combination of minimal randomization with research directions related to acupuncture and moxibustion can bring out its unique advantages.However,due to its own limitations,the randomization method should be closely combined with practice in clinical research and applied with caution.
