摘　　要：汗法最早源于《黄帝内经》,在《伤寒论》中已运用广泛。张子和将其吐法、下法共称为"攻邪派"三法。汗法位于八法理论之首,与其他治法不可分离。解表剂可归属于发汗剂,但汗法的应用不仅仅局限于解表剂,同时并非所有的太阳表证都单单使用汗法。要准确把握发汗的力度,以辨证的角度来理解汗法的禁忌证。由此可见,汗法运用的过程中不可拘泥于古、不懂变通,而应当注意辨别思考,以更好地治疗疾病。Diaphoresis stems from Huangdi Neijing,with extensive application in Shanghan Lun.Diaphoresis,emetic therapy and purgation made up the three methods of’attack evil style’by ZHANG Zi-he,and it ranks the first in the theory of the’Eight Methods’which cannot be separated from other therapeutic methods.Antiperspirants can be classified as diaphoretic agents,but the application of diaphoretic method is not limited to antiperspirants,and not all taiyang exterior syndromes use only the diaphoretic method.It is necessary to grasp the dynamics expression of sweating and understand the contraindications of diaphoresis with a dialectical perspective.Therefore,in order to treat diseases better,it can be seen that the application of diaphoretic method should not rigidly adhere to the ancient method without any flexibility,but pay attention to speculation.
