国医大师徐景藩运用开泄法治疗慢性胃炎的经验

摘　　要：国医大师徐景藩认为人身气之宣畅流动、津液之输布代谢与肺脾密切相关,上焦宣畅则中焦得通,一气偶愆,即能成病。立"开泄法"治疗慢性胃炎,药用轻苦微辛,苦辛开泄之品,旨在宣畅上焦,通降中焦,临诊据证化裁,疗效显著。According to TCM master XU Jing-fan,qi’s circulation,fluid’s distribution and metabolism of the body are closely related to the lung and spleen,only the upper jiao flowing,the middle jiao can passing.The disease can be caused by occasional indiscretions.Therefore,professor XU emphasized that the method of opening-dispersing in treating chronic gastritis is very important.The drugs should be light bitter and slightly pungent,light clear and clever.The curative effect can generally be improved by promote the circulation of upper and middle jiao.
