摘　　要：中医药治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染缓解期优势显著。正确判断病因病机、辨清病位对儿童反复呼吸道感染的及时诊治、遣方用药具有重要意义。卫气不固、营卫不和是本阶段的基本病机,在益气固表、调和营卫基础上,需辨清主要病位予以施治。病在喉核,多痰、瘀,应化痰祛瘀、软坚散结;病在肺者,多风、痰,需祛风化痰、疏利肺气;病在胃肠,多积、热,应消积清热、助运和降;病在肾者,多虚,宜调补肾气。若见兼夹,则需分清病邪、阴阳虚损之主次,辨证治疗。Chinese medicine has a significant advantage in the treatment of children’s recurrent respiratory infections in remission period.Correctly judging the etiology and pathogenesis and identifying the location of the disease are of great significance for the timely diagnosis,treatment and medication of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children.The basic pathogenesis at this stage is the un-consolidation of defensive exterior and disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi.On the basis therapeutic methods of invigorating qi for consolidating superficies,and harmonizing yingfen and weifen,it is necessary to distinguish the main location.Location in tonsils with phlegm and blood stasis,therapeutic methods are eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,softening and resolving hard mass.Location in lung with wind-evil and phlegm,therapeutic methods are dispelling pathogenic wind and eliminating phlegm,dredging lung qi.Methods of eliminating accumulation and clearing heat,promoting invigorating and harmony descending are suitable for gastrointestinal tract with accumulation and heat.Methods of tonifying kidney element are suitable for kidney with deficiency.Syndrome differentiation should be made in complex situations with the discrimination of pathogenic factors and deficiency of yin and yang.
