唐农从人体阴阳本体结构治疗糖尿病肾病经验

摘　　要：糖尿病肾病现已成为全球范围内导致终末期肾病的主要原因,严重威胁到人类生命健康及生活质量。扶阳学派名中医唐农教授,崇尚经典,精于医学、国学,创造性地将国学中体用学说引入中医学体系,形象地阐明人体"内阳外阴"的本体结构和阴阳二气交感离合的体用关系。并基于"内阳外阴"本体结构及《黄帝内经》"阳化气,阴成形"的理论思想,认为糖尿病肾病病机的总趋势是肾阳虚弱,火不暖土,先后天均失常,阴阳本体结构不同程度偏离本位。相应的总治则是温化内寒,健运脾土,使阳气能正常收藏,恢复"内阳外阴""阴平阳秘""阴阳和"的状态。Diabetic nephropathy has become the main cause of end-stage renal disease(ESRD)worldwide,which seriously threatens human health and life quality.Professor TANG Nong,a famous Chinese medicine practitioner in Fuyang school,admires classics,is good at medicine and Chinese studies.He creatively introduces the theory of body function in traditional Chinese medicine into the system of traditional Chinese medicine,and vividly clarifies the physical with the ontology structure of’interior yang and exterior yin’in human body and the relationship between body and function of the interaction and separation of yin and yang.Based on the ontological structure of’interior yang and exterior yin’and the theory of’transforming yang into qi and forming yin’in Huangdi Neijing,it is considered the general trend of diabetic nephropathy pathogenesis is that the kidney yang weaked,the fire does not warm the soil.The ontology structure deviates from the local level to varying degrees.The corresponding general treatment principle is to warm the internal cold,invigorate the spleen and soil,so that the yang can be collected normally,and restore the state of’internal yang and external yin’,’relative equilibrium of yin-yang’and’the harmony of yin and yang’.
