智能诊疗在舌象研究中的应用进展

摘　　要：中医现代化研究越来越受到重视,舌诊是中医诊断的重要方法。笔者为研究舌诊与人工智能结合的研究现状及发展趋势,通过文献检索(CNKI、PubMed数据库,截至2019年6月)获取307篇相关研究文章;总结研究现状及存在问题,提出合理建议,为后续研究提供理论基础。结果显示:舌象和人工智能相关研究较早,数量总体呈增长趋势;研究方向主要集中在理论、方法、产品研发、临床应用研究4个方面;已取得的阶段性成果包括舌象采集系统、舌体分割技术、舌质舌苔分离技术、特征提取技术。由于缺乏多学科合作、计算机技术与中医思维方法结合不足、相关领域数据库建立不全等问题,舌象智能诊断技术的临床指导作用在中医从业者中尚未达成共识。More and more attention has been paid to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and tongue diagnosis is an important method in TCM.In order to study the research status and development trend of the combination of tongue diagnosis and artificial intelligence,307 studies related research articles were obtained through literature retrieval(CNKI,PubMed database,as of June 2019).The research status and existing problems were summarized,and reasonable suggestions are put forward,it provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research.The statistical results show that the research on tongue manifestation and artificial intelligence is earlier and the number of studies on tongue manifestation and artificial intelligence is generally increasing.The research direction is mainly focused on theory study,methodology study,product research and development and clinical application.Studies show that the combination of tongue manifestation and artificial intelligence included digital tongue image acquisition system,tongue segmentation technology,tongue coating separation technology,feature extraction technology.However,due to lacking multidisciplinary cooperation,inadequate integration of computer technology and TCM thinking methods,and incomplete database establishment in related fields,the clinical guidance role of tongue intelligent diagnosis technology has not reached a consensus among TCM practitioners.
