摘　　要：在中国古代,情志疗法因其操作简便、经济实用、屡建奇效,而深受广大医家的重视。近现代,随着心身医学理念的建立与推广,患者心理健康情况对于疾病本身的影响也越来越受到医生的广泛重视。文章归纳总结了近年来国内外研究者针对中医情志疗法所开展的动物造模、作用机制以及临床疗效研究,笔者认为目前针对情志治疗的机制研究以及该疗法的临床运用尚有不足,希望越来越多的研究者能关注中医情志疗法的重要性,将其更好地在临床实践中应用与推广。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)emotional therapy was valued by doctors in the ancient China.Its characteristic was simple,economical,practical and efficient.In recent and modern times,with the establishment and promotion of psychosomatic medical concepts,the influence of patients’mental health on the disease itself has attracted more and more attention from doctors.This article summarized animal modeling,mechanism of action and clinical efficacy research of TCM emotional therapy carried by domestic and foreign researchers in recent years.The authors thought that the current study of emotional therapy mechanism and flexible use of the therapy in clinical aspects is still insufficient.It is hoped that more and more researchers will pay attention to the importance of TCM emotional therapy,apply and extend it in clinical practice.
