摘  要:为系统分类并评价现存脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)动物模型的模式动物、造模方法,以期为CSM的动物实验研究提供参考和依据。通过检索各数据库中有关CSM动物实验的权威杂志期刊,以动物模型质量评价的六大原则为依据,系统总结并评价当前CSM动物模型的现状。笔者发现当前构建CSM动物模型的模式动物种类较多、造模方法多样,但都存在一定程度的不足,需基于前期基础不断探索和优化当前CSM动物模型,以期构建一种理想的CSM动物模型。In order to systematically classify and evaluate the existing animal models of cervical spondylotic myelopathy(CSM), and to provide reference and basis for the animal experimental study of CSM. Based on the six principles of animal model quality evaluation, the current situation of CSM animal models was systematically summarized and evaluated by searching the authoritative journals about CSM animal experiments in various databases. The authors found that there are many kinds of model animals and various modeling methods to build CSM animal models, but there are some shortcomings. We need to explore and optimize the current CSM animal models based on the previous basis, in order to build an ideal CSM animal model.
