摘　　要：衰弱是多因素影响、多系统受累的介于健康和失能的一种中间状态,表现为老年人生理储备下降导致机体易损性增加和抗应激能力减退,是当前老年医学的研究热点之一。尽管目前现代医学的研究已取得较大的进展,但在诊断、干预等方面均面临着一定的困难。作为一种非特异性的整体状态,中医学对此具有丰富的理论和实践认识。文章从中医学的整体观念和辨证论治的学术特色以及已有的理论、实践出发,针对衰弱的概念、诊断、干预等,提出可从扩大内涵、开放视野、中年振复、动态精准以及丰富手段等方面进一步深入研究的愿景。Frailty is considered as an intermediate state between health and disability,which is affected by multiple factors and involving multi-organ systems.Frail elders are manifested as declined physiological reserve and increased vulnerability for adverse health outcomes.Frailty is one of the hotspots in geriatric medicine research.Although modern medicine has made great progress on frailty research,it is still facing certain difficulties especially in the diagnosis and intervention of frailty.As a non-specific overall state,Chinese medicine has a long history of aging study.Its plentiful theories and practice would enrich the research on frailty.Based on the two essential characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,the holistic view and treatment based on syndrome differentiation,as well as the existing theories and practices,the authors proposed some new ideas,including expanding connotation,broadening the mind,middle-age recovery,dynamic precision and abundant means,to expand the solution on frailty study and practice.
