摘 要:目的:考察黑曲霉对不同陈化年份广陈皮黄酮类成分的影响。方法:将黑曲霉反接至无菌广陈皮,恒温恒湿培养,于不同时间点进行取样,采用超高效液相色谱法(UPLC)和紫外分光光度计法测定广陈皮黄酮类成分。结果:黑曲霉反接后,不同陈化年份广陈皮总黄酮、橙皮苷、川陈皮素及橘皮素含量均有提升,且UPLC指纹图谱显示有新成分增加。其中陈化2年黄酮类成分变化较大,除橘皮素含量变化不明显外,其总黄酮、橙皮苷和川陈皮素含量各增长了72.24%、69.93%和72.34%。结论:黑曲霉对不同陈化年份广陈皮的黄酮类成分均有一定影响,影响最大的是陈化2年广陈皮,其中具体的转化机制还有待深究。Objective:To investigate the effects of Aspergillus Niger on the flavonoids of Guangdong Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(GCRP)in different aging years.Methods:Aspergillus Niger was reversely grafted to germ-free GCRP,incubated at constant temperature and humidity,and sampled at different time points.The flavonoids were determined by ultra-high performance(UPLC)liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometer.Results:The contents of total flavonoids,hesperidin,nobiletin and tangerine of GCRP in different aging years were increased after Aspergillus Niger was reverse-grafted.Among them,the content of flavonoids aged for 2 years changed significantly.Except that the content of tangerine did not change significantly,the content of total flavonoids,hesperidin and nobiletin increased by 72.24%,69.93%and 72.34%,respectively.Conclusion:Aspergillus Niger has a certain influence on the flavonoids of GCRP in different aging years,and the biggest influence is aging GCRP in 2 years,but the specific transformation mechanism remains to be further studied.
