中药酊剂临床外用现状与分析

摘　　要：中药外用酊剂疗效显著、前景广阔,但临床应用时相关细则模糊、缺乏可靠依据。在中国知网以"酊剂"为主题,搜索2019年3月至2000年12月所有文献,选取中药外用酊剂治疗疾病的临床文献共73篇;在中国食品药品监督管理局官网以"酊剂"为关键词进行搜索,筛选出用于外用的中药酊剂共163种,并根据药品编号对其药品说明书在官网进行搜索。对163种中药酊剂的制备方式、疾病类型、使用方法、使用频率和周期等进行分析。为中药外用酊剂的临床应用提供科学的指导,促进中药外治的良性发展。Tincture for external use of Chinese materia medica has obvious curative effect and broad prospect,but the relevant detailed rules are vague and lack of reliable basis in clinical application.Taking’tincture’as the theme,all literatures from March,2019 to December,2000 were searched on CNKI,and a total of 73 clinical literatures on tincture for the treatment of diseases were selected.In the official website of China food and drug administration,’tincture’was searched as the key word,163 tinctures of Chinese materia medica for external use were selected,and the drug instructions were searched on the official website according to the drug number.The preparation method,disease type,application method,frequency and period of tincture were analyzed.It provides scientific guidance for the clinical application of tincture for external use and promotes the benign development of external treatment of Chinese materia medica.
