理气通腑汤配合腹针治疗老年功能性便秘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟理气通腑汤配合腹针治疗对老年功能性便秘患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:于2018年10月至2019年10月收集河北省中医院脾胃病科105例老年功能性便秘患者,随机分为中药组、西药组、针药组,每组35例,分别在治疗前、治疗后14d对3组患者的便秘症状改善程度、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及疗效进行对比,治疗结束3个月后随访便秘症状复发情况。结果:治疗后,在便秘症状体征、SAS、SDS方面,针药组较同组治疗前、中药组、西药组均显著改善(P<0.05);3组均未发生明显不良反应。针药组总有效率为90.63%(29/32),显著高于西药组的77.42%(24/31)及中药组的78.79%(26/33)(P<0.05)。结论:理气通腑汤与腹针配合治疗老年功能性便秘临床疗效明确,效果显著,可更好得改善焦虑抑郁状态,复发率低,有推广应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Liqi Tongfu Decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture on senile functional constipation.Methods:A total of 105 patients in Department of Spleen and Stomach,Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019 were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group,western medicine group,and Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture group,with 35 cases in each one.The 3 groups of patients were scored and compared on the improvement of constipation symptoms,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and 14 days after treatment.The recurrence of constipation was followed up.Results:After treatment,in terms of constipation symptom and sign score,SAS score,and SDS score,the acupuncture group had statistically significant differences compared with the same group before treatment,Chinese medicine group,and western medicine group(P<0.05);no significant adverse reactions occurred in the three groups.The total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 90.63%(29/32),which was higher than 77.42%(24/31)in the western medicine group and 78.79%(26/33)in the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Liqi Tongfu Decoction and abdominal acupuncture treatment has clear clinical curative significant effect on the senile functional constipation,and the anxiety and depression state are better improved,the recurrence rate is low,with the value of promotion and application.
