陇中骨刺膏对膝关节骨性关节炎患者血清COMP、MMP-13水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨陇中骨刺膏对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者血清软骨寡聚基质蛋白(COMP)、基质金属蛋白酶-13(MMP-13)水平的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年12月就诊于甘肃省中医院骨科行保守治疗的90例KOA患者,按随机数字表法依次分为陇中骨刺膏组(45例)与奇正消痛贴膏组(45例),观察治疗前及治疗后2、4周患者血清中COMP、MMP-13的值及关节功能的变化。结果:治疗后2、4周两组血清COMP、MMP-13含量较本组治疗前均显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),关节功能明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组患者血清COMP在治疗后2、4周显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:陇中骨刺膏能有效缓解KOA临床症状,改善关节功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of Longzhong Guci Ointment on serum levels of cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP),matrix metalloproteinases-13(MMP-13)in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 90 cases of patients with KOA were selected from Orthopaedics Department of Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM from June 2017 to December 2018 and divided into Longzhong Guci Ointment group(45 patients)and Qizheng Xiaotong Ointment group(45 patients)according to random number table method.The serum levels of COMP,MMP-13 and joint function were measured at before the treatment,2 and 4 weeks after the treatment.Results:The serum levels of COMP and MMP-13 in the two groups at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01,P<0.05).Both groups could relieve the joint pain and improve the joint function(P<0.05).The serum levels of COMP in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Longzhong Guci Ointment can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of KOA,and improve joint function.
