摘 要:基于DEFORM有限元模拟软件建立了5A02铝合金管材缩口增厚有限元模型,采用正交试验设计模拟方案,研究管坯壁厚、管坯直径、模具锥角和进给速度对铝合金管缩口增厚过程增厚区平均壁厚和壁厚标准差的影响显著性及成形规律。结果表明:管坯壁厚对增厚区平均壁厚和壁厚标准差的影响最大;管坯壁厚越大或进给速度越快,工件增厚区平均壁厚越大;较大或较小的模具锥角和管坯直径均不利于工件增厚区平均壁厚的增加。此外,管坯壁厚、模具锥角、管坯直径或进给速度越小,工件增厚区的壁厚标准差越小。通过正交优化方法获得了一组最优参数,即进给速度1 mm·s^(-1)、模具锥角12°、管坯直径Φ22 mm、管坯厚度2 mm,最后验证了该组参数的准确性和可靠性。Finite element model of necking and thickening of 5A02 aluminum alloy tube was established based on DEFORM finite element simulation software.The simulation scheme was designed by orthogonal test,and the influence significance and forming law of wall thickness,tube blank diameter,die cone angle and feed rate on average wall thickness and wall thickness standard deviation of the thickened area during necking and thickening process for aluminum alloy tube were studied.The results show that the wall thickness of tube blank has the greatest influence on average wall thickness and wall thickness standard deviation of the thickened area.The larger the wall thickness of the tube blank or the faster the feed rate is,the larger the average wall thickness of the thickened area of workpiece is.Both larger or smaller die cone angles and tube blank diameters are not conducive to increase the average wall thickness of thickened area of workpiece.In addition,the smaller the wall thickness of tube blank or the die cone angle or the diameter of tube blank or the feed rate is,the smaller the wall thickness standard deviation of the thickened area of workpiece is.A set of optimal parameters was obtained by orthogonal optimization method,which is feed rate of 1 mm·s^(-1),die cone angle of 12°,diameter of tube blank of Φ22 mm and thickness of tube blank of 2 mm.Finally,the accuracy and reliability of this set of parameters were verified.
