摘  要:采用Gleeble-3500热力模拟试验机对TA1-Q345爆炸复合板进行等温恒应变速率单向热压缩试验,变形参数为:温度573~773 K、应变速率0.001~0.1 s^(-1)、压下量50%。根据流变应力-应变曲线,研究TA1-Q345爆炸复合板的热变形行为和界面组织特征。结果表明:TA1-Q345复合板流变应力对变形温度和应变速率非常敏感,利用修正的J-C模型建立了本构方程,其相关系数R和平均相对误差AARE分别为0.977和3.44%。在应变速率0.01 s^(-1)、变形温度573~773 K、压下量50%时,界面波浪及漩涡变为扁平状,界面两侧组织沿变形方向趋于平行,组织均匀性提高。Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine was used to conduct isothermal constant strain rate unidirectional thermal compression test on the TA1-Q345 explosive composite plate.The deformation parameters were:temperature of 573-773 K,strain rate of0.001-0.1 s^(-1),and reduction of 50%.Based on the flow stress-strain curves,the thermal deformation behavior and interface structure characteristics of TA1-Q345 explosive composite plate were studied.The results show that the flow stress of TA1-Q345 composite plate is very sensitive to deformation temperature and strain rate.The constitutive equation was established using the modified J-C model,and its correlation coefficient R and average relative error AARE is 97.7 and 3.44%,respectively.At strain rate of 0.01 s^(-1),deformation temperature of 573-773 K,and reduction of 50%,the waves and vortices at the interface become flat,and the microstructure on both sides of the interface tends to be parallel along the deformation direction,and the uniformity of microstructure is improved.
