摘  要:在氯碱生产过程中,用浓硫酸干燥氯气。原来浓硫酸浓度采用在线检测,存在吸收水分能力低、干燥效果差、腐蚀设备和管道的缺点。分析主要影响因素,提出将设备提升到自动化控制的解决措施。采用自动化控制,降低了氯气干燥中的硫酸单耗。最终在保证氯中含水质量分数低于0.005%的前提下,将浓硫酸消耗控制在13.23 kg/t左右,达到了提质降耗的目的。Chlorine gas is dried with concentrated sulfuric acid in chlor-alkali production.The concentration of concentrated sulfuric acid was detected on-line.This method has the following disadvantages:low water absorption capacity,poor drying effect,corrosion of equipment and pipelines.The main influencing factors were analyzed.The solution proposed was to automatically control the equipment.The unit consumption of sulfuric acid in chlorine drying is reduced by adopting automatic control.Finally,the water mass fraction in chlorine is reduced to less than 0.005% and the consumption of concentrated sulfuric acid is controlled at about 13.23 kg/t.In this way,the purpose of improving quality and reducing consumption is achieved.
