妊娠期糖尿病患者脂肪因子与血糖代谢的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者脂肪因子与血糖代谢的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月本院收治的GDM患者10例作为观察组,另选取同期在本院产检的健康孕妇100例作为对照组,观察比较所有受试者血清Omenin-1、COR、NE、E、FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR、HOMA-IS等指标水平变化,并进行相关性分析。结果观察组患者血清Omentin-1水平(232.57±34.29)ng/ml明显低于对照组(316.41±31.33)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(t=18.051,P<0.001);观察组血清NE、E水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组FBG、FINS、HOMA-IR水平明显高于对照组,HOMA-IS绝对值明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,血清Omentin-1水平与GDM患者NE、E及HOMA-IR呈负相关(r<0,P<0.005),与HOMA-IS呈正相关(r>0,P<0.005),且相关性较强(|r|>0.5)。结论脂肪因子血清Omentin-1可能参与妊娠期糖尿病的发生发展。Objective To explore the correlation between serum adipokines Omentin-1 and stress hormone and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods A total of 100 cases of GDM patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the obeservation group,and 100 cases of healthy pregnant women admitted in our hospital during the same penod were selected as the control group.Changes in serum levels of Omentin-1,COR,NE,E,FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,HOMA-IS and other indexes of all subjects were observed and compared,and correlation analysis was conducted.AU subjects underwent fasting blood glucose,insulin levels,serum Omentin-1,stress hormone,insulin sensitivity index(HOMA-IS)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)at 24 to 28 weeks of pregnancy,and the relevant indicators of the two groups compared.The difference was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis of serum Omentin-1 and the levels of stress hormone and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes.Results The serum Omentin-1 level(232.57±34.29)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(316.41±31.33).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(f=18.051,P<0.001).There were no significant differences in the levels of cortisol between the two groups(P>0.05).The levels of serum NE and E in the observation group were significandy higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).The levels of FBG,FINS and HOMA-IR in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The absolute value of HOMA-IS was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum Omentin-1 level of the observation group was taken as the abscissa,and the levels of stress hormone and insulin resistance were statistically compared between the two groups.The curve fitting showed the level of serum Omentin-1,NE and E.There is a correlation between HOMA-IS and HOMA-IR.Pearson correlation an
