药物联合耳针治疗面肌痉挛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨耳针联合常规药物治疗面肌痉享(HFS)的临床疗放及其作用机制。方法选择2016年1月至2019年12月HFS患者92例,随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,观察组在常规药物治疗的基础上加耳针治疗,所有患者治疗前后进行面神经磁共振体层成像脑血管显影术(MRTA)检查,观察两组的临床效果Cohen评分、影像学效果REZ区评分、患者满意度以及恢复时间。结果观察组患者的临床效果Cohen评分、影像学REZ区评分均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者疗效总体满意度好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同时间段的累计满意率观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大约在治疗后1个月左右,患者疗效可以达到最大满意度。结论耳针联合常规药物治疗HFS具有较好的临床疗效,其作用机制可能与通过调节REZ区血管-神经密切相关。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and mechanism of auricular acupuncture combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods A total of 92 HFS patients from the First People's Hospital of Huzhou City from 2016 to 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 46 cases each.The control group was given conventional medical treatment,and the observation group was treated with.ear acupuncture on the basis of conventional medical treatment.All patients underwent facial MRTA examination before and after treatment.The clinical effect Cohen score,imaging effect REZ zone score,patient satisfaction and recovery time were used as observation indicators.Results The clinical effect Cohen score and imaging REZ score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the cumulative satisfaction rate of the observation group at different time periods was also better than that of the control group,and the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05),about 1 month after treatment,patients could achieve maximum satisfaction with the efficacy.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with conventional drugs has a good clinical effect in the treatment of HFS,and its mechanism of action may be closely related to the regulation of blood vessels and nerves in the REZ area.
