浆膜腔积液图文报告提示早期结核性积液的相关指标及临床意义

摘　　要：目的浆膜积液细胞图文报告诊断早期结核性积液与一般结核性积液及慢性非特异炎症积液进行比较分析,探讨早期结核性积液相关指标及临床意义。方法收集浆膜积液细胞图文报告提示早期结核性积液32例,一般结核积液107例及慢性非特异性炎症积液53例。所选浆膜积液标本经规范计数、推片、染色及图文报告分析。并比较各组恋者临床资料及生化ADA、LDH结果。结果早期结核组和一般结核组积液有核细胞数、ADA、LDH检测值明显高于慢性非特异性炎症组(P<0.01);早期结核组LDH、中性粒细胞比例明显高于一般结核组(P<0.01),而两者有核细胞计效和ADA值无明显区别。结论早期结核性积液细胞图文报告模式有别于一般结核性积液和非特异性炎症性积液,可作为一种独立报告模式。Objective To compare the cells graphic reports of serous effusion of early tuberculous effusion,general tuberculous effusion and chronic nonspecific inflammatory effusion,and to explore the related indexes and clinical significance of early tuberculous effusion.Methods 32 cases of early tuberculous effusion,107 cases of general tuberculous effusion and 53 cases of chronic nonspecific inflammatory effusion were collected.These serous effusion samples were counted cells,made smears,stained and analyzed by graphic report.At the same time,the clinical data and biochemical indexes(ADA,LDH)of patients were collected and analyzed.Results The number of nucleated cells,the level of ADA and LDH in early tuberculosis group and general tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in chronic non-specific inflammation group(P<0.01).The level of LDH and neutrophils rate in early tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in general tuberculosis group(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in nucleated cells and the level of ADA between these two groups.Conclusion The cells graphic report mode of early tuberculous effusion is different from general tuberculous effusion and nonspecific inflammatory effusion.It can be used as an independent report mode.
