摘　　要：2019年12月23日,生态环境部固体废物与化学品管理技术中心公示了2020年第一批建议批准的限制进口类申请明细表。到2020年10月19日,全年共审批了13批次进口废物的许可,共审批进口废纸6,748,740t,同比2019年减少了4,003,145t,下降了37.23%;企业数66家,同比减少了13家。On December 23, 2019, the first batch of recommended and approved import application schedules was released by China Solid Waste and Chemical Management Technology Center in 2020. As of October 19, 2020, a total of 13 batches of waste import licenses were approved for the whole year, and a total of 6,748,740 tons of imported waste paper were approved, a decrease of 4,003,145 tons(-37.23%) compared to 2019. And the number of enterprises approved to use imported waste paper decreased by 13 to only 66.According to customs statistics, from January to October 2020, China imported a total of 5.0981 million tons of waste paper, a decrease of 42.45% from 2019. Among them, the cumulative import volume of waste cardboard paper was 3.9823 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 41.20%;the cumulative import volume of deinked waste paper was 194,800 tons, down by 33.32%;waste newspapers and magazines were 921,100 tons, dropped by 48.66%.
