摘 要:目的调查潍坊地区妊娠中期孕妇维生素D状况,并分析与维生素D缺乏相关的因素。方法选取2016年9月至2017年8月在潍坊市妇幼保健院定期产检的孕妇为研究对象,应用液相色谱-串联质谱(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)方法测定妊娠中期孕妇血清25羟-维生素D(25 hydroxyvitamin D,25OHD)浓度。调查问卷收集孕妇的一般资料和近3个月生活方式。结果检测1643名孕妇血清中25OHD浓度结果显示,25OHD浓度为21.50(15.50,29.90)μg/L,维生素D缺乏率为45.34%。Logistic回归分析显示,季节、维生素D补充剂、户外活动、阳光喜好等因素与维生素D缺乏显著相关(Ps<0.05)。结论潍坊地区孕中期妇女维生素D缺乏率较高,且呈季节变化趋势,夏季低,冬季高。维生素D缺乏高风险的孕妇宜进行产前25OHD检测,并通过增加阳光照射、应用维生素D补充剂和增加户外运动等方式降低风险。Objective To investigate vitamin D status of women at the second trimester of pregnancy living in Weifang area,Shandong Province,and to analyze the factors related to vitamin D deficiency.Methods The mid-trimester pregnant women who were regularly examined in Weifang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from September 2016 to August 2017 were enrolled into the study.The liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was applied to determine serum 25-hydroxy-vitamin D(25OHD)concentration of the pregnant women.Their basic information and recently three-month lifestyle were collected through questionnaires.Results A total of 1643 pregnant women were enrolled and then 25OHD concentration were tested.The results indicated that the median(P25,P75)of 25OHD concentration was 21.50(15.50,29.90)μg/L,and the prevalence of vitamin D deficiency was 45.34%.Logistic regression analysis showed that season,vitamin D supplements,outdoor activities,and sunshine preferences were significantly related to vitamin D deficiency(Ps<0.05).Conclusion The prevalence of vitamin D deficiency in women at the second trimester of pregnancy in Weifang area is high,and it changes seasonally,lower in summer and higher in winter.The pregnant women with high risk of vitamin D deficiency should increase sun exposure,vitamin D supplements,and outdoor exercise.
