摘  要:基于TOPSIS法与耦合协调度方法对塔里木河流域及5地州水资源适应性利用能力进行量化研究,在此基础上,选取5个典型指标,利用多维临界调控模型对塔里木河流域水资源、经济社会、生态环境子系统间协调发展进行调控。结果表明:2004-2016年,塔里木河流域水资源适应性能力在0.4~0.5,整体处于中等水平,其中阿克苏地区水平最低,和田地区水平最高;通过多维临界调控后,系统熵值由现状年的0.296降低到调控后的0.027,系统趋于稳定,说明各子系统间协调程度变优,朝有序协调方向发展。Based on the methods of TOPSIS and coupling coordination degree, the adaptive utilization capacity of water resources in Tarim River Basin and five administrative regions was quantitatively studied. On this basis, five typical indexes were selected to control the coordinated development of water resources, economic society and ecological environment subsystem in Tarim River Basin by multi-dimensional critical regulation model. The results show that, from 2004 to 2016, the water resource adaptive utilization capacity in Tarim River Basin is between 0.4-0.5, which is in the middle level as a whole;the average level of Aksu Region is the lowest, and the average level of Hotian Region is the highest. After the multi-dimensional critical regulation, the entropy value of the system decreases from 0.296 in the current year to 0.027 in the year after the regulation, and the system tends to be stable, indicating the coordination degree among subsystems has become better and the system is developing in the direction of orderly coordination.
