摘 要:目的探究与分析标准化病人配合视频案例带教模式在感染科护生教学中的应用。方法选取2017年6月—2019年6月在中国医科大学附属第一医院感染科实习+见习护生60名。按照时间顺序分为对照组(2017年6月—2018年7月)与观察组(2018年7月—2019年7月),每组30名。对照组给予传统带教模式,观察组给予标准化病人配合视频案例带教模式。对比2组护生考核成绩评分、护患沟通能力及护生对带教模式的满意度。结果观察组与对照组相比操作技能成绩以及知识理论成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比计划和准备、沟通的启动、收集信息、给予信息、获得并理解患者的观点以及沟通结束评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比护生对带教模式的满意度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化病人配合视频案例带教模式在感染科护生中的应用可提高考核成绩,明显提高护生的护患沟通能力,同时明显提高了护生对带教模式的满意度。Objective To explore and analyze the application of standardized patient and video case teaching mode in the teaching of nursing students of infectious diseases.Methods from June 2017 to June 2019,60 nursing students in the department of infectious diseases of our hospital were divided into control group(June 2017 to July 2018)and observation group(July 2018 to July 2019),with 30 in each group.The control group was given traditional teaching mode,and the observation group was given standardized patients with video case teaching mode.The evaluation results,the communication ability of nurses and patients and the satisfaction of nursing students of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the performance of operation skills and knowledge theory in the observation group was higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher scores in planning and preparation,communication initiation,information collection,information giving,patient's view acquisition and understanding,and communication end(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group was higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized patient and video case teaching mode in nursing students of infectious diseases department can improve the examination results,significantly improve the communication ability between nursing students and patients,and significantly improve the satisfaction of nursing students with teaching mode.
