中医手法整复联合口服汤药治疗肱骨远端全骺分离临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医手法整复联合口服汤药治疗肱骨远端全骺分离的临床效果。方法将50例肱骨远端全骺分离患者随机分为观察组和对照组进行治疗,每组25例。观察2组临床治疗效果。观察组为进行中医手法整复联合口服汤药治疗,对照组为仅中医手法整复治疗。结果观察组大部分患者4周复查X线片显示骨骺无分离或旋转,断端有连续性骨痂,后期随访患者肘关节屈伸功能和提携角偏差均<15°,手部活动及皮肤感觉正常,未见骨骺闭合过早或闭合延迟,肘关节功能恢复理想。观察组总有效率84.00%(21/25)高于对照组的68.00%(17/25)。差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论肱骨远端全骺分离通过中医手法整复加联合口服汤药,对促进肘关节功能恢复起到重要的作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of manipulation reduction combined with oral administration of decoction in the treatment of distal humeral epiphysis separation.Methods 50 cases of distal humeral epiphysis separation were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with manipulation reduction combined with oral administration of decoction,while the control group was treated only with manipulation reduction.Results Most patients in the observation group had no separation or rotation of epiphysis,continuous callus at the broken end.The deviation of elbow flexion and extension function and carrying angle was less than 15°.The movement of hand and skin sensation was normal,no premature or delayed closure of epiphysis was found,and the function of elbow joint recovered well.The total effective rate was 84.00%(21/25)in the observation group and 68.00%(17/25)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The manipulation reduction combined with oral administration of decoction in the treatment of distal humeral epiphysis separation plays an important role in promoting the recovery of elbow joint function.
